（吉隆坡5日讯）“WCT控股有限公司”将取代“WCT有限公司”的上市地位，惟股名和股号依然保持———WCT（WCT，9679，主板建筑股）。

该公司今日向马交所报备，“WCT控股”将于7月8日，正式取代“WCT有限公司”的上市地位。

涉及上述活动的包括“WCT控股”5亿4609万0588令吉发行与缴足股本，包含10亿9218万1116股，每股面值50仙，以及两项凭单，包括WCT-WC（1亿5704万4351张2013/2016凭单）及WCT-WD（1亿6377万7448张2013/2017凭单）。
